Ingredients
Purple Cabbage
Onion
Carrot
soy sauce
oyster sauce
apricot preserve (or honey)
Sriracha
tamari
egg
ginger
sesame seeds (optional)
sesame oil
Procedure
- Grate carrot
- lop off a slice of cabbage (about a cup)
- rough chop onion (about a half cup)
- saute onion and carrot
- add and toss sriracha, honey, salt & pepper, ginger, apricot or honey, tamari, oyster sauce, soy sauce
- beat two eggs, pour on top and let set
- once egg forms a bit, toss to combine
